Why this notice exists

Companies operating in private capital and real assets are routinely impersonated. Fraudsters copy names, marks, letterheads and even entire websites in order to solicit money from people who believe they are dealing with a genuine business. Please read this page before acting on any communication that appears to come from us.

Our only domain

Our sole official domain is mnshq.com. Every genuine email address we use ends in @mnshq.com.

Treat as fraudulent any communication from a lookalike domain, a domain with additional or transposed characters, or a public email service such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail or Yahoo. We never use such addresses for business correspondence.

What we never do

  • We do not solicit funds through this website, through social media, through messaging applications or by cold contact.
  • We do not offer any arrangement to the public.
  • We never request payment to an account other than one confirmed directly and in writing under an executed agreement.
  • We never send unsolicited notice of a change of bank account details, and any such message should be assumed fraudulent until verified by voice with a known contact.
  • We do not ask for passwords, one-time codes or full identity documents by email.
  • We do not apply time pressure to any decision.

If you receive something suspicious

Do not reply to it, do not click links within it, do not open attachments, and above all do not transfer funds. Verify independently, using contact details you already hold or the address published on this site — never contact details contained in the suspicious message itself.

Report it to us at info@mnshq.com. If you believe you have already transferred funds, contact your bank immediately and then the relevant local authorities.

Our position

We accept no liability for any loss arising from any communication, website or document purporting to originate from this company which did not in fact do so. Notifying us of an attempted impersonation is genuinely useful and we would be grateful to receive it.
